Were you the first generation to have TV all your lives?  Most of our parents didn't see a TV until their late teens or early twenties. As kids they listened to radio shows and many of those radio shows became our Saturday morning and Sunday evening TV shows...

In case you haven't heard, St. Joseph Church is saved from the latest round of church closings, mergers and consolidations!  Under the announced reconfiguration, there will be 38 merged parishes, three parish clusters (involving six parishes) and 22 stand-alone parishes. The reconfiguration, when fully implemented, will bring about an overall reduction in the number of parishes from the current 124 parishes to 66 parishes.
